  • Leave Applications: Approve or disapprove leave applications during shifts when the Assistant Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Community Relations: Assist the Store Manager in community relations activities to foster strong ties with local communities.
  • Crew Scheduling: Clarify tasks, activities, and schedules during shifts to ensure crew productivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with cash control, employee discipline, and company policies and procedures.
  • Productivity: Monitor man-hours usage and maintain high crew productivity levels.
  • Safety and Security: Implement safety and security programs, monitor their effectiveness, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Reports: Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reports.
  • Cleaning Activities: Execute cleaning activities during opening and closing shifts.

This role requires a college graduate preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business related course, Behavioral Science, and Industrial Engineering courses. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or quick-service restaurant environment.
