Job Role Overview:

As a specialist in facade engineering, you will be responsible for analyzing building inspection data to generate comprehensive reports for clients. You will collaborate with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects, assist them in developing detailed maintenance plans, and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field
  • Professional engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English to interact with international clients
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools
