Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact for leadership inquiries, requests, and ad hoc activities
  • Perform other functions as may be required by the Lead/Manager
  • Profound experience in portfolio and project management
  • Working experience in project financial management support such as reporting and analysis, monthly closing, budget management, resource planning, cost plan analysis, reconciliation
  • Provide PMO support such as status reporting, financial reporting, financial report extracts, quality of data/report etc.
  • Attend leadership meetings and discuss status
  • Prepare administrative reports and perform other functions as required by the client
  • Spearhead/implement improvements and share best practices
  • Will work flexible shifts as required by the team

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Must have working knowledge in MS Excel
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Action-oriented and assumes ownership of requests/issues/escalations and delivers effective resolutions to customers
  • Customer-oriented (knows customers well; adds value with urgency)
  • A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs
  • Experience, proficiency, and comfort in communicating and working effectively
  • A sense of autonomy, initiative, and responsibility
  • A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
  • Quality-oriented strategy
  • Proficiency to follow and write process documentation
  • Amenable to work mid-shift and BU RTO requirements
