Financial Systems Engineer Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Financial Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience with designing and operating scalable systems.This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building robust financial infrastructure and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop global, asset-agnostic money movement systems that work seamlessly across regions, currencies, and financial partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and reliable software components that power real-world applications.
  • Work closely with data scientists to design and implement efficient data models and access strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and operating business-critical systems.
  • Expertise in backend systems, including APIs, services, and infrastructure.
  • Experience working with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with product understanding and apply sound judgment when making tradeoffs.
