The successful candidate will be responsible for publishing high-quality content across multiple platforms, running paid campaigns that generate leads, and analyzing social metrics to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Scheduling – Plan, write, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Paid Campaign Management – Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Community Engagement – Respond promptly to all comments and messages, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and sales qualified leads (SQLs).
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or agency social media management.
  • Exceptional English copywriting skills, including crafting hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), and captions.
  • Proficiency in at least 2 paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), platform insights, and Sprout/Hootsuite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with regular communication and collaboration.
