At Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, as well as experience with Server 2012 to 2022, VMWare, and Hyper V Virtualization. Supporting M365 and Azure is also a must. Proficiency in firewall rules, VLAN configuration, access point support, and administration is required.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of five years' experience in IT Support or a similar role. Advanced knowledge of firewalls, switches, network architecture, and troubleshooting is essential. Active network certifications are preferred.
You will work full-time, 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST). A strong cultural fit with ITS is crucial, and you must be able to communicate effectively in English both spoken and written.
We offer a competitive pay rate starting at $12.13/hr, which may vary based on experience and location.
