Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful digital design projects where your expertise will directly shape user experiences.

About the Role

This role involves driving projects from concept to completion, starting with client briefs all the way to final delivery. You will take the lead in uncovering requirements, designing effective solutions, and guiding developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking client briefs and turning them into actionable design solutions
  • Leading the creation of wireframes, low and high fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes for various clients
  • Having educated UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, justifying and articulating design decisions
  • Implementing feedback from stakeholders and working with the front-end development team to handover designs and test completed products
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with clients and development teams
