Our ideal candidate is a skilled UX/UI designer who can distill complex customer needs into elegant, pixel-perfect designs that elevate our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into engaging, user-centric UIs
- Own the end-to-end design process for client delivery projects, from conceptualization to final product launch
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, design systems, and style guides
- Partner directly with clients to iterate rapidly and deliver high-quality solutions on tight timelines
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful client-facing apps or websites
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional UI/UX under deadlines
- Expert command of design systems, style guides, and brand application
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
