Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Active Geoanchor, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring assigned projects, ensuring they meet agreed specifications, timescales, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, schedule, and coordinate project activities, including coordination with engineers to determine project specifications and accomplishments.
  • Assist in evaluating project progress and preparing detailed reports and documentation.
  • Manage and control deliverables commitment of administrative personnel and sub-contractors.
  • Turn over and prepare project accomplishments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Monitor materials and equipment to ensure optimal utilization and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with engineers to determine project specifications and accomplishments, including slope protection and ground improvement works.
  • Supervise site manpower and daily activities to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to be assigned anywhere in Cebu.
