We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Professional to join our Client Solutions Division. This role plays a pivotal part in driving customer satisfaction and growth by empowering both B2B and B2C customers to achieve success using our services and products.

This position is responsible for enhancing the overall customer journey, aligning with our goal of long-term retention and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and product usage across various touchpoints
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to reduce churn
  • Crafting and maintaining an end-to-end customer journey map
  • Conducting competitive analysis and customer data reviews
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address challenges and share insights
  • Recommending solutions that motivate product adoption and loyalty
  • Providing guidance on onboarding and helpdesk support with customer-centric input
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Addressing customer issues with a proactive mindset

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in sales or customer support, preferably in a leadership role, is highly desirable.
