About the Role

Crankjack Corporation is seeking an experienced Pattern Creation Specialist to contribute to our creative team. In this role, you will work closely with our Production team to develop and finalize designs that meet our high standards.


Main Tasks:
  1. We need someone who can meet with clients to gather information about their design preferences and develop innovative patterns for dresses, gowns, and other garments.
  2. The successful candidate will optimize material usage, minimize waste, and train new employees on pattern cutting techniques.
  3. In addition, you will collaborate with our Tailor to provide sewing instructions and guidelines.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in pattern marking is vital for this position.
Key Objectives:
  1. You will deliver finalized design sketches and samples, pattern specifications, and sewing instructions.
  2. Moreover, you will develop improved design concepts based on client feedback.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. A deep understanding of garment design and manufacturing processes is required.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with our team members.
  3. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  4. Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software is mandatory.
