Web Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and managing pages with Contentful, meticulous QA skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and process matter.

  • Transform wireframes and briefs into fully functioning Contentful pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives
  • Manage localization workflows: clone and QA translated variants, ensure locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across languages
  • Perform end-to-end QA: design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch
  • Implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable page skeletons to accelerate future launches
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and localization partners for precise and timely hand-offs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets)
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools
