We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team at eTeam. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
Requirements:
  • At least a High School Graduate
  • 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience required
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
