Procure to Pay Operations Leader

Are you a results-driven professional looking for a challenging role in procurement and operations? We are seeking an experienced Procure to Pay Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the procure to pay process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of the procure to pay process.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve cash flow and minimize risk.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, finance, or operations management.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and accounts payable automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
