About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Call Center Professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IVR systems and healthcare call centers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a healthcare call center environment.
  • Utilize IVR systems to manage and route calls efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare clients and patients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer data.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Monitor and report on call center metrics and performance.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Support the team in achieving overall call center goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Have expertise in IVR systems and healthcare call centers.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data.
  • Show ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Display proficiency in using call center software and tools.
