Job Overview

The Treasury Support Specialist is responsible for providing timely and effective support to the payments team, ensuring seamless execution of payment transactions. This role involves acquiring a thorough understanding of payment processes and treasury functions, responding to queries, and communicating relevant information to colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and resolving payment-related issues in a prompt manner
  • Ensuring all customer information is accurately documented and retained within relevant files
  • Maintaining open communication channels with the payments team, internal departments, and counterparty banks
  • Organizing treasury meetings, setting agendas, and circulating meeting minutes
  • Evaluating and implementing anti-money laundering policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Diligence, organization, and accuracy
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Experience in customer service or business roles
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments related to money transmission businesses
