The role of an Educational Program Director is pivotal to the success of our organization. As a key player in this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing time and prioritizing tasks
  • Conducting conferences with partner directors

This position requires strong qualifications including:

Time management, planning, and prioritization; ability to organize and manage responsibilities; professional demeanor; effective communication; building engagement and trust; working well with others; learning agility; adaptability; ability to acquire new skills; managing remote relationships.

In terms of experience, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of progressive career growth, experience working in a virtual environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications. Bilingual English and Spanish is beneficial.
