In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for the administration of Workday's Integration function, working closely with the Workday Leads and People & Finance teams, as well as other IT teams, to implement the IT Vision, Strategy and Priorities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing integration enhancements to streamline People, Finance & PSA processes.
  • Managing service and support requests relating to Workday integrations.
  • Delivering efficient, accurate, timely system administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting on Workday integration patterns to other related People, Finance & PSA – CRM, DWS, Peakon, LinkedIn, Adaptive Insights.
  • Implementing system change requests related to integration business process flow and security based on business requirements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient and accurate integration configuration as per the business requirements and strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the use of Service Management systems/tools.
  • Experience in supporting Adaptive Insights.
  • Global Shared Services Organisation experience.
  • Experience in working with Workday system.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to consult and engage with a wide and diverse internal employee audience.
  • Well-developed execution skills: strong planning and organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail, and initiative to make things happen.
  • Prior experience with ERP Systems.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
