**Australian Outsource Desk Inc.**: We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team.

We offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Bookkeeper to work with our Australian clients, handling their financial transactions and record-keeping with precision and attention to detail. If you have experience with MYOB and Xero accounting software, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with superannuation and ATO requirements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts in MYOB and Xero.
  • Prepare and submit BAS and other tax-related documents in line with ATO standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reports.
  • Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
  • Proficiency in MYOB and Xero accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of ATO regulations, superannuation, and payroll requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate or diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
