Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Lead Salesforce Quality Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the overall testing strategy and quality assurance efforts across various projects.

In this capacity, you will lead a team of QA members, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Develop test plans and write comprehensive test cases to guarantee software quality.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads to contribute to User Story Acceptance Criteria, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
