**Job Overview**

This role involves administering and configuring firewalls, network devices, and security appliances to safeguard customer networks. You will work with a team of cybersecurity professionals to develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and firewall rules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Firewall administration, configuration, and maintenance
  • Developing and enforcing security policies, access controls, and firewall rules
  • Managing and upgrading security products and appliances
  • Network troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers
  • Documenting actions and communicating information internally and externally

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Practical experience in network security concepts, including threat detection, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, and network operating systems
  • Knowledge of firewall technologies, including Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet
  • Working knowledge of VPN technologies, network protocols, and network architecture
