**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operation Center (NOC) professional to join our team at Staff4Me. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure, data center operations, and IT support.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of our network infrastructure 24/7 using advanced tools and technologies.
- Identify, log, and escalate incidents in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of network issues including connectivity, DHCP, DNS, and routing.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and maintenance schedules.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for NOC operations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Network Operations Center or Help Desk environment.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to relay technical information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
