Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement sourcing strategies to support specific client recruiting goals within assigned geographies.
  2. Analyze reports to track the effectiveness of each sourcing channel and identify trends to inform future recommendations.
  3. Develop innovative sourcing initiatives, including ad campaigns and promotions, to support these plans and collaborate with internal and external creative resources to design and produce these tools.
  4. Act as a project manager for collateral creation, establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery.
  5. Improve key success metrics associated with hiring goals, including conversion rate, cost per hire, time to fill, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of sourcing experience – recruitment background not required.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Creative and innovative sourcing ideas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
