System Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to join our IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our core technology systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees, maintaining data quality and compliance, and providing technical support across our organization.

This role offers a unique blend of technical skills and business acumen, requiring proven experience with Google Workspace administration, hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations, and familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Setup and backup Google Workspace & Gmail accounts.
  • Provide guidance on account configuration and storage.
  • Keep the team updated on Google enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration (including Gmail setup, data backup, and storage configuration).
  • Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo.
