About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Ecommerce Lead to spearhead our digital journey, drive sustainable online growth, and build a strong brand presence across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, overseeing end-to-end digital operations, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Boosting online sales and engagement.
  • Optimizing conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in FMCG, retail, or F&B industries.
  • A strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online retail.
  • Proven track record in driving growth and managing online platforms.
  • Strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.
