We are seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical group, you will be responsible for building and deploying full-scale applications while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-stack experience with a strong background in Python (Flask) and React. They should also have familiarity with Celery for async task management and be comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases.

The successful candidate will join a lean, distributed team and play a critical role in delivering features that support advertiser compliance at scale. You will own core parts of the stack, ship reliable, production-grade code, and support sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features.

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in async teams, can hit the ground running, and cares about velocity without compromising code quality.

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
