Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Pharmacy Professional. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient & Compliant Operations

      • Maintain and monitor inventory of pharmaceutical supplies
      • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medications
    • Compliance & Safety
      • Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with DOH, FDA, and PRC regulations
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drug interactions, new medications, and pharmaceutical best practices
      • Conduct regular audits and ensure all medications are within expiration dates and stored properly

Quality Patient Experience

  • Patient Support & Education
    • Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects
    • Educate patients on contraceptive options, treatments, and wellness therapies
  • Clinic Operations Support
    • Support day-to-day clinic functions, such as service readiness, inventory coordination, and cross-training with front office and nursing teams
    • Participate in operational initiatives, quality improvements, and internal process updates to elevate clinic efficiency
    • Step in to help during peak hours or coverage gaps to maintain smooth clinic flow

Pharmacy Development & Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Support the clinical staff with prescription verifications and drug sourcing
  • Assist in developing service FAQs and patient education materials alongside the Medical Affairs and Marketing teams
  • Participate in clinic initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community outreach events when needed

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) degree.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines (PRC registered)
    • Board passer: Philippine Pharmacist Licensure Examination (PPLE) administered by the PRC.
    • Registration: Registered and active PRC with license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organization; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
