Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our finance function. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic environment, where your expertise will make a visible impact and enable career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
  • Manage intercompany journals, transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Consolidate reporting across different regions.
  • Reconcile subscription revenue using Stripe data, ensuring accuracy in recurring revenue streams.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights that help shape business strategies.
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, delivering confidence and clarity around numbers.
  • Prepare SaaS Metrics reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in our Finance processes.
  • Tax filings and compliance – Income tax, transfer pricing, GST, FBT.
  • Compile and review monthly Management Reports and Year End Financial Statements.
Qualifications
  • CA or CPA qualification with relevant experience.
Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of accounting and financial analysis experience.
  • Proven experience leading month-end close processes – end to end, and intercompany accounting and reporting.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience with Stripe preferred.
Skills
  • High-level proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and deliver reliably.
