At KDCI Outsourcing, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships with clients, and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to communicate the benefits of our services to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the outsourcing, BPO, or IT services industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing and BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and performance tracking.
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership qualities.
