Job Summary
- This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Manager to join our team and lead the preparation and coordination of annual company rolling forecast for Headcount, Capital expenses & Operational expenses.
Main Accountabilities
- Manage review performance against forecasts and prepare variation, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance monthly and presenting the findings during business meetings.
- Oversee financial processes around vendor contract negotiations & agreements.
- Coordinate purchase order process, capitalization process, and general ledger coding.
- Develop finance policies & user guides, providing training to the Product Owners, Service Owners & Leadership team.
- Assist with annual financial audit for both projects & technology operational expenses.
- Produce month end accruals, journal transfer, project capitalization and project contractors reallocation reports to Finance.
- Verify that all people & project related information are captured & maintained in the project portfolio management workbook.
- Present year to date project spend analysis including Benefits realization for monthly meetings with the onshore.
- Support with Project financial set-up & closure.
Essential Requirements
- Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Information Technology.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Must have Project Management Qualification.
- Must have experience with the financials of a technology company.
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
