We are seeking a Budget Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and budget management across multiple regions and business units within a global electrical distribution company.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to optimize profitability.
  2. Cost Control & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics, supply chain, and procurement.
  3. Capital Expenditure Management: Oversee budgeting for capital projects, inventory investments, and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or cost management within a large, multinational corporation.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, multi-currency budgeting, and forecasting.
