What We're Looking For:

We're seeking competent Customer Service Representatives who can deal and communicate with C-level partners. These individuals will act as liaisons, provide product/services information, answer queries, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

Your Role:

  • You'll support eFlex's US partners by answering customer support tickets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to partner customers through various channels, including chat, email, and screen share.
  • Advocate for customers by documenting feedback and sharing insights with partners.
  • Troubleshoot reports of product bugs until resolved to the partner's satisfaction.
  • Produce self-help resources, such as knowledge base content and video snippets.
  • Conduct ongoing meetings with US partners via video conference to communicate best practices and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a customer sales representative or technical support representative in the BPO industry.
  • Experience navigating a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Knowledge and ability to perform screen shares.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication is vital, enabling clear and persuasive speech in positive or negative situations.
  • An organized mindset and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to take on greater responsibility and contribute to overall goals.
