About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Content Strategist to take on a key role in our content team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that position our clients as leaders in sustainability and technology.

In this position, you will shape narratives that engage enterprise audiences, communicate environmental social governance impact, and drive measurable marketing outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.

Responsibilities
  • You will own and execute content strategies focused on LinkedIn and sustainability communications for B2B technology clients.
  • You will develop and manage content calendars tailored to LinkedIn, aligning with marketing goals, product launches, and ESG milestones.
  • You will lead the creation of thought leadership and campaign content, including whitepapers, blog articles, executive posts, ESG reports, infographics, and web copy.
  • You will translate complex technical and environmental topics into accessible, engaging content for enterprise decision-makers.
  • You will analyze content performance on LinkedIn and across digital channels, refining strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • You will ensure all messaging supports brand positioning, compliance, and communication best practices.
Requirements
  • You must have previous content strategy roles with proven success in B2B tech and sustainability communications.
  • You should have strong experience developing and managing LinkedIn content strategies for corporate or executive brands.
  • You should possess excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ESG or technical topics.
  • You should be familiar with sustainability disclosure standards and enterprise communications.
  • You should be proficient with content planning tools, SEO, analytics platforms, and digital storytelling.
  • You should be a collaborative, strategic thinker comfortable working across teams and time zones.
