The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Senior Programmatic Buyer to join our team at KSDT CPA. As a leader in programmatic buying, you'll develop and execute strategies that drive client outcomes and grow our business.

About the Role:

The Senior Programmatic Buyer will lead and manage programmatic buying strategies, campaign optimization, and collaborate with planners for campaign strategy across a select book of business. This role requires senior-level expertise and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide programmatic expertise to internal teams, including Business Intelligence, Media Planning, Client Services, and more.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with data, inventory, and platform partners.
  3. Establish best practices and implement processes that inspire workflow efficiencies.
  4. Create programmatic media plans with detailed targeting information for the Media Planning team to review and present to clients.
  5. Drive client outcomes through actionable programmatic solutions across multiple accounts.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience in digital media, with an increasing focus on programmatic buying.
  2. Proficient in Excel with experience pulling DSP reporting and analyzing performance for recommendations, optimizations, and insights.
  3. Experience understanding complex subject matter and translating it into simple, relatable terms for different audiences.
  4. Must be an active programmatic buyer, with hands-on keys buying, optimizing, and reporting on multiple channels including CTV, OLV, and Display.
  5. Experience in The Trade Desk is a plus but not required.
  6. Experience buying streaming audio, digital OOH programmatically, and/or YouTube is a plus but not required.
