Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist

The primary role of this position is to drive the adoption of digital workplace and productivity technologies across various organizations. This involves staying updated on product roadmaps, identifying relevant features for employees, and exploring how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions.
Responsibilities:- Stay current on product updates and new features of current workplace productivity tools.
- Identify opportunities for reapplication of industry workplace solutions across different enterprises.
- Assess the utilization of current solutions and determine adoption/usage baselines.
- Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
- Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
- Provide end-user support and address inquiries/issues as the subject matter expert.
- A degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or strong equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools.
- 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- ITIL foundation certification preferred.
- Multitasking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, as a team player.
- Self-motivated, proactive, requiring little supervisory attention.
- Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
