We are seeking a digital marketing expert to lead our paid advertising efforts and expand our online presence.

Job Overview

This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with our marketing partners to develop strategies that boost ROI and strengthen brand presence.

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Continuously test, track, and tweak campaigns to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates.
  • Create new ad concepts, scripts, and strategies tailored to different platforms.
  • Use AI tools for scripts, voiceovers, and video editing to maximize the impact of ad creative.
  • Develop educational and offer-based ad campaigns to attract and engage homeowners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear reports on results and improvements.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience managing paid ads across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Creative thinker who can develop compelling ad scripts, visuals, and offers.
