We are seeking an experienced ER Manager to support Philippines, Japan, and China Customer Service Operations. This role will play a vital part in advancing our mission of improving leader skill sets in associate engagement across the organization.
The ideal candidate must have significant employee and labor relations subject matter expertise and a proven track record of creating, improving, and executing programs at scale. They should be able to analyze multiple levels of associate/manager feedback to identify risks and gaps, create and audit positive workplace relations programs, and design training that drives best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with senior Ops and PXT leaders while engaging multiple levels of CSAs in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of labor and employee relations experience
- Significant employee and labor relations subject matter expertise
- Proven record of creating, improving, and executing programs at scale
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
- Experience handling confidential information and escalating issues when appropriate
- Experience connecting with people across various cultural backgrounds
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint; curious about new learning technologies
This role can be performed virtually outside of primary markets with a minimum travel requirement. The individual must be capable of detecting and addressing hidden risks created with a remote population and working to adopt strong engagement plans to mitigate these risks.
