Key Responsibilities:- Oversee cost analysis and estimation for the Engineering Department
- Manage the Engineering (Systems Automation/R&D, Technical, Design and After Sales Sections) and Project Management Operations, providing assistance to the Sales & Marketing Department
- Design, implement, and refine products development, testing, and services
- Manage staff and assign tasks to Engineering and technical personnel
- Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes
- Oversee Project Logistics and resource allocation
- Strive to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, reducing waste
- Secure resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing investments
- Help create and oversee project budgets, engaging in cost management strategies
- Attend trade shows and conferences, making site visits to suppliers' facilities
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and potential customers
- Ensure processes meet quality expectations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team leaders, fellow engineering officers, and department heads
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Review and analyze schematics, plans, and specifications, BOQ, MME, and Overall Project Construction Schedule
