Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our 24/7 security operations team. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in monitoring security events and alerts for potential malicious behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical expertise and experience in troubleshooting Microsoft products and operating systems, as well as a strong understanding of basic network services, TCP/IP, IP Routing, attacks, exploits, and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring security events on a 24x7 basis using SIEM technologies and other native tools
  • Evaluating the type and severity of security events using packet analyses and an in-depth understanding of exploits and vulnerabilities
  • Providing incident response and escalation to the incident response team
  • Performing analysis on logs produced by network devices utilized within the infrastructure
  • Integrating the results and information needed to proactively protect the enterprise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related area
  • Minimum of 4 years of monitoring experience in Cyber Security Operations Center
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified SOC Analyst (CSA), and Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate are desired but not required
