Job Summary

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order management and customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include registering new accounts, monitoring orders and payments, placing orders with suppliers, performing daily reconciliations, providing customer support, escalating issues to your manager, identifying process improvements, and completing ad-hoc tasks as requested.


Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Registering new accounts, monitoring orders and payments, placing orders with suppliers.
  • Fulfillment Process: Managing supplies operations and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
  • Customer Support: Providing email support to resolve lost or incorrectly placed orders.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance the order management and fulfillment process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with US customers in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in using Shopify or similar platforms.
  • Basic data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekdays until 8pm ET.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and reliability.
  • Efficient task execution.
