About the Role

Design and administer sales compensation programs that support growth and reward excellence in high-performing sales teams.

  • Accurately calculate, review, and process commission payments for timely and transparent delivery.
  • Administer and analyze global commercial organization compensation and commission programs to ensure alignment with business strategy, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Serve as operational expert on sales compensation, responding to inquiries related to incentive plans and commission calculations.
  • Support the development, communication, and rollout of new sales incentive plans and commission structures.
  • Model and forecast plan changes to assess impact, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in annual compensation plan redesign, providing analytical insight on competitive benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Build and maintain compensation analytics dashboards for full visibility into program performance, attainment trends, and cost-to-sales metrics.
  • Drive ongoing process improvement and automation to streamline administration and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize programs and share insights.
