We are looking for an experienced Branch Director who will lead our branch operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team. They should also have in-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them.
  • Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customer's share of wallet.
  • Mentor and coach the branch sales team.
  • Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships.
  • Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.
