Finance Professional

Job Description:

The Finance Analyst role is a key position within our organization, responsible for delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support product-focused teams. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights through the analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.

  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering comprehensive financial planning and analysis for product marketing and development teams.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, relevant, and clearly presented monthly financial commentary.
  • Assist in developing business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with product managers.
  • Play an active role in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage and improve financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.
  • Work closely with Financial Control and Business Support teams to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline month-end processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in building a career in finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset, professionalism, innovation, and a continuous improvement attitude.
