About the Role

We are seeking a creative designer to develop and execute high-impact design briefs across marketing and sales divisions targeting enterprise HR and Benefits Professionals, and Financial Advisers in the UK.

The ideal candidate will work with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools to execute prospect-facing design tasks including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.

Key responsibilities include expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, animation creation and video editing skills, strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each, experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment, ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, and keen analytical mind able to optimise design for performance using data-driven insights.

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh, eye-catching creativity.
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability.
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery.
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
