Sr. Creative Marketing Expert

We are seeking a Sr-Level Marketing Designer with a strong background in advertising and creative design to contribute to the development of visually compelling assets for Meta ad campaigns.

This role requires an individual who can effectively translate marketing objectives into engaging and persuasive creative solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet campaign goals.

We seek applicants with exceptional visual communication skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio showcasing high-performing digital and print work.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory, ensuring consistency across all visuals and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design captivating marketing materials for multiple platforms (ads, social media content, email headers, etc.)
  • Transform marketing strategies into impactful creative solutions
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve campaign goals
  • Develop innovative ideas and designs to support ongoing advertising efforts
  • Produce static and animated creative assets for Meta ad campaigns and A/B variant testing
  • Create visually appealing email templates and modules optimized for diverse devices and platforms

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency or advertising firm
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design
  • In-depth knowledge of visual principles and effective use of typography
