Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a vital role in reimagining how Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies think about talent access.

  • Identify and contact potential clients via email and phone calls to generate interest and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Create relationships with market leaders by qualifying them for our services using frameworks and leveraging CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to develop strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage repeatable processes for identifying and targeting top prospects using outbound strategies and demand generation tactics.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite, HR professionals, and hiring managers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Update CRM with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management and schedule discovery calls with qualified leads.
  • Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and ensure that all interactions are documented and updated in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with candidate tracking systems like Loxo and excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology, including experience with staffing or consulting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual with at least 3 years at the same company and experience in demand generation and lead flow management.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining cross-functional stakeholder relationships, including content management and documentation skills.
