Paid Search Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Paid Search Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.

Your primary focus will be on delivering measurable ROI and contributing to overall e-commerce growth. To achieve this, you'll conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve performance.

You'll also analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that paid efforts align with broader marketing and business goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms including Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, MIS, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and relevant campaign management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI-positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
