The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, developing process improvement procedures, and implementing process changes to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent written and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes to provide solutions for improvements
  • Develop process improvement procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Perform data gathering and root cause analysis to develop appropriate process control changes
  • Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on critical project needs
  • Work with the team to recommend appropriate changes in process or approach

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • With knowledge in any of the following applications: Microsoft Office; Oracle; AS/400 or any program language
  • Willing to work onsite at SM Retail Headquarters, Pasay
