About Us
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have deep theoretical knowledge of software testing principles and strong critical thinking skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing well-reasoned and business-aware test strategies, applying a risk-based approach to testing, and prioritizing test coverage logically and consistently.
Additionally, the QA Engineer will be expected to test case management and execution, analyze requirements, business risks, consider edge cases, and be comfortable with feature decomposition.
Other key responsibilities include technical testing and tools proficiency, self-sufficiency and decision-making, process improvement and collaboration, and required skills and experience.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with test automation and scripting for API/UI testing.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools.
- Exposure to cloud environments and testing in distributed systems.
- Experience with simulators/emulators is a plus.
