Job Description
As a Service Operations Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer and operational logistics for ongoing services and support needs. This includes assisting customers, B2B channel partners, and Tier 1 Customer Support reps in resolving post-PTO services and support cases. You will investigate elevated tickets, prioritize troubleshooting processes, and schedule appointments with customers. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive customer satisfaction and meet Palmetto's high standards.

Key Skills
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strong enterprise software skills (G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk) are crucial for this position. Experience in customer, tech, or sales support roles is preferred, along with knowledge of construction or solar industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, and adaptability to dynamic environments. A BS/BA degree is preferred, but not required. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
